Shipping policy

We want you to have an easy and seamless shipping experience! Here's how it works on our end:

Your order will be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days or sooner. Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. We ship our packages through the post office USPS. For orders that are placed on Friday-Sunday or holidays, they will be processed the following business day.

TRACKING

Please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our mailing carriers. You will receive notification and a tracking number when your package has shipped. This will be sent to the email address you provided. If your tracking number does not work, visit www.usps.com to manually input your tracking number.

We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. 

Return policy

We do not issue refunds at this time. We do not accept cancellations once the order has been placed.

We accept returns for store credit only within 14 days from the date you received your order.

Your store credit must be used entirely in your new purchase and keep in mind any remaining balance will not be carried over. 

All tags including The Lovely Look tags must still be attached to the item being returned with our original tagging method. All returns must meet these requirements to be accepted.

Shipping fees are not refundable. All return shipping charges must be prepaid and the customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back. Please keep your tracking number for your return on hand for reference. A tracking number will help us help you locate your return. We are not responsible for any packages lost by the carrier without a tracking number. 

We would be more than happy to exchange an item for another size of your choosing. Our exchanges are not automated and you will need to first return the item(s) for online credit and then place a new order with the correct size. Please allow 3-7 business days after we receive your package to issue you your store credit. You will receive a notification via email when your return is processed and store credit is issued. 

We care about the quality and standard of our items and only want the best for our customers. If you receive an item that is faulty or has a defect please immediately email us @(need to make a business email) and write us a brief description and include a photo showing that fault/defect.

Please note that items that are damaged as a result of misuse are not considered to be faulty. Item(s) used, washed, or damaged will be sent back to the address listed on your order.

Please try on the clothes with caution, as we cannot accept clothes that have acquired a scent of perfume and/or makeup stains, or any other stains in general.
