Orange You Glad

The older I get the more I get into sustainable fabrics or materials that will last me more than a month or two. For me, that's linen. I know the material gets wrinkly fast (as my mom says) but I don't mind, I blame it on the material anyway! To me linen is just breathable and also a material that isn't going to need to be thrown out for a long while. I snagged this romper on Amazon for about $20! (Another plus) and I love how easygoing it fits. It has pockets (another plus in my book!), and I love the color of it. You can definitely wear this dressed down but also dressed up. I decided to go for the casual look with some platform sandals and a basket bag. What do you think? Enjoy the look and happy Friday!

The Hut

Pairing activewear with office wear has to be one of my favorite fashion trends. It's like getting the best of both worlds; street but chic! This is definitely an outfit that I can transition throughout my day and still look like I'm dressed appropriately. One way to do this is to pick your office piece, whether it's pants, a blazer, etc. And then work your outfit around that. Maybe a pencil skirt with some sneakers? Or a blazer paired with some boyfriend jeans? The possibilities are endless! I love using graphic tees to my advantage in this case because they make a statement without being too much. A fresh pair of white shoes are always my go to because of how clean they look! How would you do the office/active wear trend? I hope you enjoy the look and happy Friday!

Bring Back The Bucket

I don't care what anyone else says, we're bringing back the bucket hat! I use to own a handful of these when I was younger and can I just ask why we let them go? They're so cute, make a statement, and also provide shade for your face! (Hello, Issa win win!) The bucket hat also gives me old school vibes and I'm here for it. I originally wanted to get this one in a cheetah print but I settled for my fave red. I'm actually quite glad I got the red because of the statement it makes. I'm also here for the oversized t-shirt dress look with sneakers because, comfort. I've been pairing my sneakers with everything and I can't get enough? Are you here for the trend? Let me know! Enjoy the look and happy Wednesday!
