In These Jeans

For some reason this outfit takes me back to my tomboy days, but with a twist. In case you didn't know, long before my #ootd days I was a HUGE tomboy when I was a kid (thought I would never grow out of it) I mean I even hated wearing dresses! But any who, I feel like a tomboy here but feminine; if that makes sense. I enjoy the fact that I can dress grungy but still be a girl while doing so. This whole outfit makes me look like I'm straight out of a 90's show. The different patterns and materials here add a nice twist. Let's talk about the backpack though! Cute right?! Are you feeling the 90's TLC kinda vibes? Enjoy the look and happy Friday!

Mustard on The Beat

Hands down my favorite colors for Fall are mustard yellow and rustic orange. I can stare or dress in those colors all day! I already think that my favorite color is slowly turning into yellow because I've been so into it lately. I scored this dress in the sale section at Target. Ya'll already know that I practically live at Target so I love when I get the deals too. I thought to wear this dress minimally and just cinch it at the waist with my Gucci belt. I threw on some black mules just go for the comfy cute look. Enjoy the outfit!

Cancun, Mexico Photo Diary

I told myself that this year, I was going to go out and do things. Explore, live, travel, and experience. I feel like I've been doing just that. Reason being is because last year I felt like I did nothing, just worked. To me, that sounds sad. I'm not living a pretty nice and young life just to waste my time working for nothing. I mean, life is meant to be lived right? We're only young once and WE ONLY LIVE ONCE. I think it's pretty important for us to get out of our comfort zone and experience all that there is around us. The world is TOO BIG to just stay within the same radius our whole lives. This was my very first "planned myself" adult trip. Man oh man, it was amazing and so worth the stress, anxiety leading up to it, and constant planning. IT WAS WORTH IT ALL! This trip opened my eyes to new experiences; the true meaning of living. It exceeded my expectations in so many ways I can't even begin to describe.

Here are some pictures I took along the way. In no particular order, and no special edit, just raw through my lens aka my eyes aka my phone camera. I was hoping to capture these moments in time and save them forever. To be able to reminisce and remind myself to not get too busy making a life that I forget to live and enjoy what the world has to offer. I hope you enjoy the pictures and glimpse of the trip and don't worry, travel vlog is coming soon!
