Motivation Monday

If there's anything this world needs more of, it's support. The best thing you can give someone is your support; your support means you believe in them, and you're there to push them when you need pushing. Be supportive to others as though you want them to be supportive of you. We need less competing and more support of each other. Trust me when I say that there is enough success to go around and we don't have to fight each other for it. Sometimes we all just need a little push. And sure, we can be our own support system and motivate ourselves but sometimes, we can fall short and that is where friends and family can come in to help.
Ask yourself, are you supportive? Are you showing your friends and family motivation and pushing them to move forward in whatever it is they are aspiring after? If the answer is no, then be supportive! The feeling of having a cheer team behind you backing you up when you need it makes a person ten times more likely to accomplish their goals. The feeling of knowing that there are others who believe in you when you don't believe in yourself sometimes, make you want to push harder. So give your support to that one friend or family member who needs it. They're already struggling to make others believe in them, they don't need you to add to the list. Be supportive, show support, show interest, be motivating, and let them know that you're rooting for them. We can all root for each other and still succeed ourselves. Give support and love! Be selfless rather than selfish.

HAPPY MONDAY!

Knitted & Fitted

It's no secret I love dresses but what makes this dress even better is that I got it on CLEARANCE! Yup, got this bad boy for $10 at TJ Maxx. Also not a secret that I am an avid fan of both TJ Maxx and Marshalls; the deals there are incredible! I really loved this dress because it was fitted but also cozy enough to wear this holiday season. I almost want to wear it for Christmas, but we'll see. I kept the focus on the dress and the rest of the color palette black. I thought the lace up detail on the dress and shoes went perfectly together. Of course, got to add the jean jacket in case of getting cold. Enjoy the look and happy Friday!

Vintage Red

I hardly wear pants but man oh man, I think that's going to change! These vintage wash pants from H&M have me in love. I think it's the tight but straight leg fit of them, but they feel good all around. They're not too tight where if I eat some ice cream, I'll explode; they're just right! And you know I need to be able to fit my food baby in these jeans! I always have a hard time with going casual and not feeling basic but these jeans with these slides, paired with a graphic tee make for a casual but cute ensemble. This outfit is perfect for a Sunday Funday. Enjoy the look!

Nopalitos

You know I love me a good graphic tee and this one from The Esperanza was just too cute to pass up! Nopalitos means cactus, or cacti if you can't tell by the picture on the shirt. I've grown to not only love my Mexican side more but show it as well. This shirt is the perfect fit because hello, who's momma hasn't had this in their kitchen when they were growing up? I let it be the statement in this outfit with these trouser pants from H&M. Also, I scored and got these black mules from Rhapsodielle for only $15! I know right?! Check out The Esperanza for more cute graphic tees! Enjoy the look!
