Motivation Monday

Life's not perfect. Sometimes it can seem like the weight of the whole world is on your shoulders and you can't breathe. Or it seems like your streak of bad luck is never ending. Trust me, I've been there. I've been there where I felt like I didn't see the light at the end of the tunnel. I've been to the point where I didn't know what else could possible feel wrong. I think it's safe to say that we've all been there. It's all a part of life. You gotta take the good with the bad and know that the bad times don't last forever. And in the moment where you're suffering through a rough patch, know that it's only making you stronger. A lot if not most of the time, the rough times are here to teach us a lesson of some kind and also to make us resilient.
You're not the only one suffering. Millions suffer and we all go through some sh*t. It's easy to look online and see everyone's best and think, "Wow, their life is always good!" But trust me, that's the quickest way to feel worse. Behind the perfect pictures, there's a story of some sort and a sufferer in silence. Not always, but sometimes. Take your suffering as a test; you're being tested. Take it head on like a badge of honor and know that it's not going to last forever and YOU WILL get through this. To be able to take on the bad time, keep your composure, and still come out on top says a lot about you as a person. It means you're STRONG. You are RESILIENT in the sense that you CAN take on anything life throws at you. Like the old saying goes, 'What doesn't kill you makes you stronger.' And when the suffering is all over, it's all said and done, you'll look back on it and say "Wow, I survived and I learned." It's going to hurt and it's going to change you, but it's going to change you for the better. KEEP GOING!
HAPPY MONDAY!
