Motivation Monday

I try to tell myself everyday that my life is a representation of my thoughts. What I have in my life has been attracted by me and what I think about most. Sometimes, I forget this. It's not easy to always monitor your thoughts and of course, it's impossible to do it all day everyday. We have thousands of thoughts a day (especially us girls) so this is crazy! But the main thing here is to focus your most important thoughts on good things, things you actually want for yourself. The more I think about something, the more likely I'm going to bring it into my life so I have to make sure I'm actually thinking of what I DO want, not what I don't. Of course, we're human so we tend to think about what we DON'T want. Try something different this week and actually change your thought process of what you don't want to what you do want.
Our thoughts can make us or break us. It's where we think of our hopes and dreams, our likes and dislikes, and everything in between. This is why it's crucial to monitor the ones you give the most attention to and focus on the GOOD. Instead of saying "I don't want that to happen." Flip it and say what you do want to happen. You are what you think, so you have to think good. I know it's hard but you have to expect/believe that what you want is yours. Expect it like you know you deserve it. Just like the good times don't last forever neither do the bad. Learn from the negative and hardships and turn them into a positive. So this week I challenge you, talk only about what YOU DO WANT to happen. You'll see what a positive impact this will have on you.
