Motivation Monday

Sometimes life can be so overwhelming. From your job, the stress of bills, family stuff, your health, friends, worrying about everything else in between can be pretty exhausting. I am a chronic worrier so when I worry, I go overboard and let my mind run wild. It's not something I like and I'm trying really hard to work on it. But sometimes we can't help it when our life is feeling a bit more stressful than usual. When I find myself in times like these I know that it's best to keep my faith and mind on the positive. What you think about, you bring about. That is why it's so crucial to train your mind to not get so wild that you think yourself into negative existence. A lot of faith can definitely help with this sort of problem.
Sometimes it's honestly just best to leave it in God's hands. Rid your worries in prayer and let him take care of the rest. But see, your job is to have faith that he WILL take care of it. You have to remind yourself that you don't have to worry, he's got you! Whatever situation you're going through just know that God didn't bring you to this if he didn't think he could bring you through it. You're strong enough, you can do this! Rest assured, he will provide. Trust him and believe!
