Motivation Monday!

Happy Monday! Second Monday of November and how are we all feeling? Good I hope! Am I the only one that starts to have a mental breakdown when I feel like my life is starting to get cluttered? Whether it's my room, my schedule, just my life in general, I know that it's time I need to take a step back and breath a little bit. In my eyes, decluttering is MAJOR. In more ways of life than you think. As a natural over thinker, I've learned that it's a must for me to weed out the meaningless and non-useful thoughts that clutter my mind. I think miles a minute and I know that it's best for me to give myself a break. What I've learned most from doing so is knowing when to stop focusing on the bad and learn to focus on the most important tasks at hand. I've learned to think to myself, what needs to get done first? What's more important? What can I do and how much time do I have? All of these questions can help me make a better to-do list and set my overactive mind at ease. The same can go for you in anything else in your life.
I've learned that we are living our own life AT WILL. And everything that we have is with our control! Stop allowing life to drive you out of control and get a grip. Focus on the positive and what is most important to you and forget about what doesn't. That is the only way you're going to make change. You don't like something? Change it. You're the only one that can change things in your life and it all starts with yourself. Your mind, body, and spirit is what moves you. You got to put good in to get good out. And don't get impatient thinking that your time is taking too long, it just means that you've got some more prepping to do or it's still not ready for you. Either way, take this as a lesson and continue to be the best you can be. Change and happiness starts with you, take control and move forward.
