Motivation Monday!

Happy mid September! I hope that you find yourself well and if you don't, remember that it isn't too late to start getting yourself to feel better. Like I've said before, we are our own worst critic and the worse scenarios that we come by are usually from what we've thought of inside our heads. We can go from zero to hundred real quick and get carried away when there are moments in our life that we're not too happy about. We tend to focus on the negative and turn them into problems that are far bigger than what they really are. 
A lot of people simply forget that talking about your problems will only create more problems for you. Talking about what you hate, dislike, or is bothering you isn't going to make anything better. It's only going to keep your focus on it and continue to create the problem to be bigger and bigger. What we forget is that what we focus on is what we keep attracting to ourselves. As hard as it is to think of the positive, it is crucial to do so if we want to make the change for the better.  Learn to accept the negative and instead create a plan of action on how to get where you want to be. Yes, there is going to be bad times and yes, we're going to encounter rough moments in our lives. But it is how we can get ourselves to the positive side, how fast we can start thinking on the right track that is going to get us to the joyous part of our lives. Talk about what you want instead and focus on it. Only talk about what you want like you know it's going to happen, have undying faith, and it'll be created for you. Whether you think you can or you can't, you're right.
