Concrete Jungle

I've noticed that when I go edgy, I stay on the edgy train for awhile. I feel like my last couple of outfit posts have been nothing but tomboy/edgy/street style; this one included. As much as I enjoy the fact that I'm learning how to be a minimalist and feel good dressing simple, I find myself also missing the girly fabrics and bright colors. It's been established that I'm an open book when it comes to fashion, I love it all. The start of this outfit began with the t-shirt dress from Forever 21. You've seen previously here that I've styled the same shirt in white so here is my take on the black. Obviously not too much can change but I felt a bit more boyish with the darker color. I switched up my heels for my Doc Martens and added the knee highs for an extra kick. The floral hat was just the perfect stand out piece for this otherwise dark outfit.

  5. Love, Love Love it ! I too really enjoy edgy looks and streetwear. I love how you dressed this t shirt dress up which is also a current obsession of mine. I bought a couple back in December from Missguided and I wear them all the time. P.S. being minimal is awesome everyone can enjoy the simplicity with a hint of edge.

  6. I usually stay on a certain "look" for awhile too and then I just switch it up. I love the minimalistic trend because it's just so modern and timeless. You look great Karina!
