Motivation Monday!

Happy Monday and happy March! Wow, I can't believe it's March already! We're 3 months into the year, are you still keeping up with your resolutions?! Now is the best time to reevaluate and making sure you're staying on track. 

As always, I'm always trying to become a better version of myself. I'm not perfect and so I always look for ways to be a better me. I've been wanting to get into meditation and "mindfullness" which is a way to keep yourself from over thinking- especially into craziness, like me. A lot of our over thinking causes us to think negative and get stressed out from a situation that doesn't even exist. It happens to the best of us! I've learned from reading and research that one way to calm the storm is to acknowledge the thought as just that, a thought. Keep yourself from feeding it energy and just move along with the next thing. That will stop you from creating some crazy dilemma in your head that probably will never even happen.

There's two ways you can go about certain things- positive or negative. Are you going to hinder yourself from getting to your destination and believe in fear or are you going to believe in yourself and have faith? Both you can't see but both have the ability to give you something you believe in. I know it may be harder some days than others but you will thank yourself in the long run if you choose faith. Faith has created miracles so let it create yours! Dream it, believe it, see it!
