Motivation Monday!

Happy Monday! It's February and we're already the second week in. I seriously can't get over the fact that time flies so fast. It's crazy when we think of time and how it seems so long when we're waiting for something. But when we really reflect and look back, we realize it zooms by. I've been doing a lot of reflection upon myself and really been trying to study myself. I've been looking at myself and seeing how I can fine tune to become the person I want to be. Sure, I'm happy with how far I've gotten but there are some things that still need some work. Lately, I've been trying to live a happier life in all aspects and areas. Since working in the medical field, being so close to lots of patients and hearing their stories; I've learned one thing is for sure - LIFE IS TOO SHORT.

As a woman, I have been in the position where I over think, worry, and fear way too much. It's time to put an end to that. I'm trying to adopt a new fresh look at life. Mold myself to see life from a different lens and not let my reactions to life ruin my mood and outlook. Of course, it is only our reactions that lead us to our moods. I've looked back at times in my life and realized that I've wasted lots of energy fearing, thinking, and seeing something as bad when in fact it doesn't even matter to me now! I want to become less stressed and more easygoing. The best way to do that is set my mindset how I want it to be and stick to it! Live life fully to where I can finally say I am full of life. Life is all about becoming a better version of yourself.


So don't get too caught up in life. Remember that you are creating your life and living this gift. So try and make the most of it! Live for yourself and do things for you not for anything or anyone else. Enjoy this time we have and CELEBRATE!
