The Circle Skirt

Hey Loves!
Happy Monday! I hope everyone had a fabulous 4th of July weekend. I myself got to enjoy lots of food and relaxing with family, that's always nice!

I feel like today's outfit can also pass for a 4th of July themed look but it's totally non intentional! It's just the red of the headband that makes me feel this way. ;) Anyway, I had seen somewhere on Instagram someone wearing their hair with a headband like this and it inspired me to give the look a try. The fact that I have so much hair always makes me lazy to actually get up and do it! Don't we all wish we could have our own hairstylist on hand? I do! :P It was easy or me to just curl the tips of my hair and throw on the headband and go! The lovely white top is from Forever 21 and I tucked it in my circle skirt from American Apparel. This skirt is pretty pricey but I have gotten so much use out of it since I bought it over a year ago and that in my opinion makes it worth the money! I added a little "zing" to wearing my jelly flats and hopped on the "socks with sandals" trend. I got these awesome sunflower socks from DailyLook! I definitely liked the little detail it added to my feet!

I also wanted to let you guys know that I was contacted by a fellow blogger to be interviewed for her blog as part of a series that she does, where she interviews other bloggers and asks them fashion questions! :) To check out the questions she asked me and my answers click over to her site: here Let me know what you think! <3

  8. I like that it's slightly see-through, that way you can show a cute pattern underneath!

  9. love the outfit and the JELLIES but not to crazy about the socks with jellies but amazingly it does look good on you. do u ever wear your jellies with just some shorts and a casual shirt? I do and almost always notice people looking at me like if I wasn't wearing any shoes (mostly men) does this happen to you? I have many jelly sandals in other colors but it always seems to happen with the clear ones, any ways love the whole outfit
